Traci is dedicated to helping mesothelioma victims and their families.

Experience

Began her legal career as a family law attorney in Columbus, Ohio, where she handled a variety of family law matters from inception up through conclusion. She then worked in plaintiff’s personal injury handling a variety of complex personal injury cases from sign up to settlement. Finally, she began working in plaintiff’s asbestos litigation and has handled cases ranging from asbestosis to mesothelioma.

After returning to St. Louis from Columbus, Ohio, she worked as a litigation attorney for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she handled a variety of complex personal injury claims from inception up through settlement.  She then moved into working as an attorney for plaintiff’s asbestos litigation, working for clients whose lives were upended by lung cancer, asbestosis, and mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure.

Traci received her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law where she was the recipient of the Law President’s Scholarship as well as receiving a CALI award in Legal Innovations and a Pro Bono Award.   

Ms. Hoover received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Missouri State University where she majored in Acting/Performance and graduated cum laude.  While there, she repeatedly made the Dean’s List and was cast in several college productions.

Outside of the office, Traci spends her free time reading, gaming, writing stories and poetry, as well as  going on adventures with her family, and playing with their two dogs, Indigo and Jade.  She also enjoys relaxing with her husband, Devin, and their two children: Finn and Vivian.

Traci is a member of the Ohio Bar and Missouri Bar.  She is admitted to practice law in the Missouri State courts.
