Experience

Ja'Mecia began her legal career as a plaintiff's attorney, handling complex mass-tort and product liability matters.

Advocating for individuals harmed through no fault of their own has been a consistent focus throughout Ja'Mecia's legal career. Prior to joining MRHFM, Ja'Mecia practiced mass tort litigation, handling numerous complex multidistrict matters, including Hair Relaxer, NEC (Baby Formula), Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI), and other product liability litigations. Her practice involved all phases of litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and coordination with experts and co-counsel nationwide.

Ja'Mecia earned her Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2022. Throughout her career, she has remained actively involved in the mass tort community, attending industry conferences and collaborating with attorneys and vendors to stay at the forefront of developing litigation.

Outside of her practice, Ja'Mecia is committed to leadership and service. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is a charter member of Alpha Beta Zeta Omega Chapter in the Greater St. Clair County area. She has previously served in chapter leadership roles, including Parliamentarian and Co-Chair of the Technology Committee.

In her free time, Ja'Mecia enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her puppy, Nova.
