Isabel received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Vice-President of the Cardozo for Immigrants’ Rights and Equality Club. Isabel was also a mediator within Cardozo’s Divorce Mediation Clinic and a volunteer with Sanctuary for Families’ Uncontested Divorce Project, helping to provide no-cost divorces to victims of domestic violence. Additionally, as a law student, Isabel completed two internships with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, serving in both the Human Trafficking Unit and the Conviction Integrity Bureau.
