From the beginning, Austin has solely dedicated his practice to representing victims who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma.
During law school, Austin, an Edwardsville native, began his legal career at a nationwide asbestos litigation firm as a summer associate learning how to assist victims of mesothelioma through the complex legal process. Now, as an attorney, Mr. Toby continues to dedicate his practice to helping mesothelioma victims and their families navigate the complexities faced by seeking financial compensation for their injuries.
Austin received his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in national moot court competitions.
Outside of the office, Austin spends his free time golfing, hanging out with friends and family, and supporting STL SC and Manchester United.
